A. Make sure you do not copy and paste the information or have additional spaces in the fields

Q. When the Approver and I receive the E-Time information via email what is the subject line of the notification email I receive?
A. “Welcome. Please login to access our online systems for timesheet submittal and approval. Instructions included”

Q. When my timesheet generates for the week or bi-weekly if applicable what is the subject line of the notification email I receive?
A. “Your agilus Timesheet is ready for entry”

Q. If my Approver rejects the timesheet what is the subject line of the notification email I receive?
A. “A agilus Timesheet has been rejected – Action Required”

Q. When my Approver approves my timesheet what is the subject line of the notification email I receive?
A. “A agilus Timecard has been Approved – No Action Required”

Q. Can my Approver enter time on my behalf?
A. No, that is your responsibility

Q. What increments do I enter for hours worked?
A. Round up or down to nearest quarter/ half hour/ hour

Q. Why is the overtime rate not available for me to select?
A. If the overtime rate is not available to select, the system will automatically calculate overtime if you are eligible to receive overtime

Q. Should I enter hours on a Public Holiday?
A. If you don’t work on a public holiday then no hours should be entered on the day. If you are eligible for public holiday pay Payroll will calculate and enter the entitlement for the day

Q. How do I enter Expenses?
A. If you are eligible to enter expenses there should be an Expense Tab available on your Timesheet and you will need to attach your receipts to be reimbursed. If it is not available contact etime@myagilus.ca

Q. Can I enter PO Numbers, Cost Centres, AFE’s, etc.?
A. Yes, but if not available please contact etime@myagilus.ca

Q. Why is it important for me to submit my Timesheet timely and be accurate with entries?
A. This allows you to correct any entries if rejected by Approver, have the Timesheet approved and processed with the pay run

Q. What if I realized I made an error on my Timesheet prior to my Approver Approving my Timesheet?
A. Your timesheet can be unsubmitted if it is not approved to make the necessary updates

Q. What is the deadline for me to submit my Timesheet?
A. Monday at noon

A. Tuesday noon
